Dependent Eligibility Verification Assessment Update
For employees with dependents on the university’s medical plan, there is still time to verify their status with Consova. Please refer to the email sent from Consova containing your unique PIN in order to create an account and upload the required documentation.
Optum HSA- Issuing New Cards
Optum Financial is issuing new health savings account (HSA) payment cards. The new card will have an updated look and longer expiration date. Your old HSA card will deactivate on a date listed in the materials you receive. Be sure to activate your new card right away to prevent payment disruptions. If you have any questions when your new card arrives, please call the number on the back of your card.
Vision Service Plan: Eyeconic online shop
VSP is creating more accessible ways for members to utilize their vision benefit. This includes providing easy access to the Eyeconic website where members can use their benefit to purchase prescription eyewear online.
Tuition Waiver Deadline-Fall 2023
The deadline to submit for the Fall 2023 tuition waiver is Friday, August 4th. Please log in to your myUT account and select Tuition Waiver, under Benefits Information.
