| Official Transcripts | Must be mailed by the institution to the College of Graduate Studies office, or delivered by the applicant in an envelope sealed by the institution. COVID-19 Update: For application review purposes only, the College of Graduate Studies is temporarily accepting copies of official transcripts by email from applicants who attended an international institution only at graduateonlineapplication@utoledo.edu. Official transcripts are required to fulfill your admission. |
