The city of Toledo boasts a broad range of cultural resources that complement academic life. Located at the crossroads of several major interstate highways, Toledo is easily accessible from almost anywhere. 

Toledo Museum of Art The Toledo Museum of Art is one of the world's leading museums and its Peristyle is the scene of performances of the Toledo Symphony Orchestra and Toledo Choral Society as well as concerts by visiting orchestras and noted performing artists.
The Toledo Zoo, in addition to having an extensive collection of animals, includes a Museum of Science and Natural History, an amphitheater, and a botanical center.  ToledoZoo

MetroPark  The Toledo Area Metroparks offer expansive stretches of park and trails to enjoy walking, biking and cross country skiing. Additionally, the metroparks are host to several outdoor concerts and numerous special events.

Sports fans will enjoy visiting Downtown Toledo for a Toledo Mud Hens baseball game or a Toledo Walleye hockey game. Both teams play in exceptional facilities and are located closely to several bars and restaurants (including the famous Tony Packo’s). downtown

Cedarpoint Toledo is also located just an hour away from Cedar Point Amusement Park. With over 60 rides, including 16 roller coasters, Cedar Point has more roller coasters than any park in the world.
