Mr. Andrew (Mick) Dier is a retired UToledo Police Officer after a 29 year career
working at various levels of the police department. He is the Director of the Criminal
Justice Forensic Program. He is also a leader in the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy
(OPOTA) training program/CRIM 3000. In 2016, Mr. Dier was named one of the outstanding
faculty at The University of Toledo.
