Q. I've tried following the instructions in  and I am still having trouble syncing my email to my phone. I keep getting a message that says my username or password is incorrect. What is wrong?

A.   Try these three possibilities for your username:

  1. Your utad, [username]
  2. Your email address as [Firstname.lastname]
  3. Your rocket email username as  [username]

 Note: be sure to replace the [username] and [firstname.lastname] with your actual name.

 If none of these work, please bring your phone to 25 Dowling Hall (HSC campus) (M-F 8:30-5:00) or to Information Commons Helpdesk on the first floor of Carlson Library (Main Campus) or call the helpdesk at 2400 to make an appointment to have us look at how you are setting it up.
