Financial Aid for Online Certificate in Compliance

Federal Student Loans

Federal Student Loans are available to eligible students. These include the Direct Stafford Loan and Grad PLUS Loans

To determine your eligibility for Federal Student Loans, please start by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). A new FAFSA must be completed for each academic year. Our Federal School Code is 003131.

Students should monitor their MyUT Portal and their UT Rockets email account for status updates and important financial aid information after they have submitted their FAFSA. These are the primary ways that financial aid information will be communicated to you during your time at The University of Toledo.

Note: Students must be enrolled at least half-time each semester to obtain Federal Student Loans.

Private Loans

Private loans are an option for students. It is advisable to apply for Federal Student Loans first, since these are not federally guaranteed. Additionally, fees and interest rates can vary widely.

As a public university, The University of Toledo charges different tuition rates for in-state and out-of-state residents. Residency determinations are made by the University Registrar’s Office.

Tuition & Fees

As a state-supported university, different rates of tuition are charged based on a student’s classification as an Ohio Resident or Non-Ohio Resident. Please see information about residency determinations if you have any questions. For complete and up-to-date information on tuition, fees, and university policies, please refer to the University's Finance Brochure for graduate programs.

Scholarships are not available for the online Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Compliance at this time.
