Sue Ann Hochberg

Sue Ann Hochberg, director of State Authorization and Professional Licensure Disclosure for The University of Toledo, is responsible for compliance with state authorization and professional licensure laws and regulations. Hochberg started working at The University of Toledo in 2006.

After moving to Toledo and prior to coming to UToledo, Hochberg worked as a temporary judicial clerk for the District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the president of the Center for Effective Government, and the commissioner of risk management for the City of Toledo.

Hochberg received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Florida. She graduated from the University of Miami School of Law where she was a member of the law review. After graduation, she served as a clerk for Judge Peter Fay of the United States Eleventh Circuit Court. She also served as associate defense counsel in the United States Senate impeachment trial of Judge Alcee Hastings.
