Over the years, the staff at the Canaday Center has answered what were intended to be quick questions about the University’s history and its traditions by digging through a diverse array of records, newspapers, yearbooks, and other publications. Answers to popular questions went into a binder for reference. Those answers are listed below, arranged by general topic. Click on the topic to access the associated information. It is not a comprehensive history of the University, just quick facts. Since this information was compiled from answers to specific questions, it may not be current and will have several gaps.
