Student Organizations
A diverse student body is critical to serving a diverse population. We have a wide variety of student organizations that focus on embracing diversity.

Research, Scholarships and Assistantships
We are committed to financially supporting students of all backgrounds with College of Medicine Scholarships and other awards, such as the Ronald McNair Scholarship and assistantship program.

Head Start for Premed Students
The College of Medicine offers a two-week MedStarz program to UToledo premed students. It exposes the students to medicine and offers sessions on how to better prepare for being a premed student.

Programs for high school students
Explore healthcare careers in our summer and after-school programs —CampMed, REACH and Toledo Starz.

Community Care Clinics
Medical students get hands-on experience in these student-run clinics that deliver healthcare to underserved populations in the Toledo community.

Care Connections
Support the partnership between UToledo Institutional Advancement, UToledo College of Medicine and minority alumni of the College of Medicine that serves as a resource and raises funds for deserving underrepresented minority students. Learn more.
