The University of Toledo announced Monday plans to pursue an academic affiliation between its College of Medicine and Life Sciences and ProMedica, as the Academic Affairs Committee of the UT Board of Trustees forwarded a resolution to the full board for consideration asking the administration to sign a letter of intent to begin negotiations on a long-term deal with the Toledo-based health system.
