Letterhead
Upon first use, open downloaded document and use the "View" menu to select "Header and Footer." Click the address area to select the text box and replace sample copy with your department name, location/building, address and contact numbers. When complete, return to "View" and click "Header and Footer" again to return to normal view. Save this updated document as your new department template.
