New Student Not Planning to Attend UT

If you are a new student and have decided not to attend The University of Toledo, it is important for you to manage all activity on your student account!
The University of Toledo is student-centered, meaning we're always looking for and implementing new ways to make your student experience the best it can be. If you are a new incoming student, and plan on not attending, you need to have all current activity managed. Please access the New Student tab within the myUT portal. To login to the myUT portal, users enter their UTAD username and password. To activate a UTAD account, visit the UTAD Account Management page for instructions.
Under the New Student tab, select the link, New Student Not Planning to Attend UT. Complete the attached form and submit. Once the form is submitted, all of the offices listed will be notified of your plans not to attend and will follow proper procedures to update your student account accordingly.
Remember, you are in control at The University of Toledo! In failing to complete the "New Student Not Planning to Attend UT" form, you will be held responsible for ALL activity on your student account.
