Well-being in a time of uncertainty may look different than usual.  This website is dedicated to providing members of UToledo valuable well-being resources to help navigate this time.

Emotional Support for Faculty and Staff


 Emotional Support for Students

  • The Counseling Center continues to offer services to currently enrolled students via teleservices from 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made by calling 419.530.2426. UToledo students who are experiencing distress needing support after 5 p.m. may call the after-hours support line at 419.255.9585. Or, you can access the Crisis Text line by texting “ROCKET” or “HOME” to 741741. Self-help mental health resources are also available via the Counseling Center.

IMPACT SOLUTIONS

  • IMPACT Solutions is the employee assistance program for UToledo employees, their household members, dependents living away from home, and parents & parents-in-law. In addition to counseling services, IMPACT also offers a variety of other services that you may find useful during this time. To access these resources visit IMPACT's website and click on MyLifeExpert, then use the Company Code 'uteap' and create an account. Browse the website for articles and webinars related to COVID-19 and other well-being resources.
