Ease the Burn: Developing a Toolkit to Prevent Burnout and Promote Wellness

OBJECTIVES:
1. Define exhaustion, disengagement, and burnout.
2. Evaluate the current body of literature on burnout in a variety of pharmacists, learners, and preceptors.
3. Discuss burnout management, wellness strategies, programs and resources for preceptors and learners.
4. Review current programs and resources available to manage preceptor and learner burnout and wellness.
