LGBTQA+ Advisory Board


The LGBTQA+ Advisory Board meets monthly to provide input and guidance to LGBTQA+ Initiatives – Office of Multicultural Student Success, and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion on planning, implementation, and operational aspects for the enhancement of LGBTQ students, faculty, staff and community. The Advisory Board serves as ambassadors for the LGBTQA+ community within the University community.

LGBTQA+ Advisory Board Mission

The LGBTQA+ Advisory Board collaborates with offices and programs across campus to provide outreach, support, advocacy and community building for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans-identified, queer and asexual students, faculty, and staff.  In alignment with the university’s core values of diversity and inclusion, the advisory board works with relevant campus departments and organizations to respond to the needs and concerns of UToledo’s LGBTQA+ community.
