MX4 — Circuit Training Classes

Classes will resume at a later date.

MX4 programming is small group training that revolves around the four pillars of fitness: cardio, power, strength and endurance. MX4 utilizes the Connexus functional training system. MX4 bridges the gap between personal training and group exercise, offering small group training to build community and consistency.

Please see our Virtual Programming page for our weekly schedule.
