Our Fitness and Wellness Programs offers you everything you need to accomplish your goals at The University of Toledo. With Rocket-Ex Group Exercise classes,MX4 classes, Personal Training and Fitness Assessments we are ready to meet your recreational, fitness and learning goals.

 Rocket-ex - Group exercise classes

RocketEx group exercise classes are held at the Student Recreation Center and the Morse Fitness Center. These FREE classes are open to all UTREC members and UT Students 18 years or older. SRC classes are held in the Fitness Studio, Willow Room, Cycling Room, and TRX Area. Morse Fitness Center classes are held in the facility's only Fitness Studio. We are sure to have a class that fits you and your fitness goals! Reserve your spot in a Rocket-Ex Group Exercise class now!

Mx4 - Circuit Training CLASSES

MX4 programming is small group training that revolves around the four pillars of fitness: cardio, power, strength, and endurance. MX4 utilizes the Connexus functional training system. MX4 bridges the gap between personal training and group exercise and offers small group training to build community and consistency. Reserve your spot in MX4 training now!

PERSONAL TRAINING

UTREC offers personal training for all UTREC members and UT students! Our personal training program is designed to assist members 14 years or older with their various health and fitness goals. We will develop personalized fitness programs just for you and work with you one-on-one to achieve those goals!

FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

Wondering where your current fitness level is? Visit us for a fitness assessment available during open hours or schedule an appointment. The fitness assessment covers the following areas; cardiovascular endurance, body composition, flexibility, and blood pressure. Stop in the wellness center for any questions!
