Due to proactive measures with COVID-19 the Office of Student Advocacy & Support will be introducing virtual programs this fall. Our staff will continue developing programs and services that support students on campus and in the surrounding community online. You can still reach us by email, phone, video chat, and we will respond to you as soon as we can during our normal business hours 8:15am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday. About the Title IX Office

The UToledo Title IX Office focuses on ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. The Title IX Sexual Misconduct Prevention Education Program is the on-campus resource that provides sexual misconduct education and awareness programming. The University investigates reports of sexual misconduct, implements interim measures when necessary and works to remedy the effects of sexual misconduct. Retaliation based on sex discrimination is a form of discrimination. Allegations of retaliation will be investigated separatelyfrom allegations of sexual misconduct.
