Mona Dokurno is the Student Services Coordinator for University College. She is responsible
for assisting current and new students with questions regarding degree programs and
advising on The University of Toledo policies and services. She also acts as a liaison
between students and the academic advising team, as well as various offices on campus.
Mona graduated from The University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Arts degree and has
been working in higher education for The University of Toledo for over 25 years, and
has been the Student Services Coordinator for the Department of Interdisciplinary
and Special Programs since 2008. Mona held various roles at UToledo including, Registration
Clerk for the Office of the Registrar, Clerical Specialist Team Leader at the University
Health Center, a Public Inquiries Assistant for University College, and now her current
role as Student Services Coordinator. She is a member of TACADA, the Toledo Academic
Advising Association. Mona is the proud mother of two daughters, both graduates of
the University of Toledo, and recently became a grandmother.
